In order to promote and comply with Galveston County’s Order of Essential Services and Activities and public health concerns with COVID-19, the Galveston County Health District is closed to the public through April 30.

  • Water samples may be dropped off with Chain of Custody and payment in the foyer at Entrance D.  Sampling bottles and forms are available in the foyer.
  • Septic system applications, contracts and maintenance reports may be scanned and emailed to environmental@gchd.org (preferred) or can be dropped off in the foyer at Entrance D.
  • Outdoor burn registrations and burn registration “renewals” can be completed and submitted at https://www.gchd.org/home/showdocument?id=2436
