The following courses are highly recommended for MRC volunteers to build confidence in emergency response:
- IS-100: Introduction to Incident Command System
- IS-200: Basic Incident Command System
- IS-700: National Incident Management System
- IS-800: National Response Framework
These courses provide fundamental knowledge on public health and emergency protocols, ensuring volunteers are well-prepared to respond effectively.
