Animal Shelter Closed for Holiday
Galveston County and Cities – The Joe Vickery Galveston County Animal Shelter located at 3412 Loop 197 North in Texas City will be closed for the Easter Holiday Friday, April 22nd through Monday, April 25th. Normal shelter operations will resume Tuesday the 26th at 12 noon. While closed local law enforcement should be contacted for bite reports and assistance.
