Mammograms Available
Galveston County and Cities – The D’Feet/BCCS Breast Cancer Programs will provide free screening mammograms and free follow-up care for Galveston County Women ages 40-64 and those at high risk for breast cancer at the following sites:
Where: Victory Breast Diagnostics, 2211 W. FM 646, Dickinson
When: October 3rd, 10th & 17th; November 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th; December 5th, 12th & 19th
Where: HIS Ministries, 4205 Jackson Road, Santa Fe
When: November 17th
Where: Port Bolivar Vol. Fire Department, 1806 Broadway, Port Bolivar
When: November 29th
Where: Galveston County Health District, 1207 Oak St, La Marque
When: December 15th
The programs contract with the Galveston County Health District to make these screenings possible and are partially funded by a grant of the Houston Affiliate for “Susan G. Komen for the Cure”, and the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Participants must call first for financial screening and to schedule an appointment at 409-938-2291 or 409-938-2327.
