WIC services resume in Galveston County
following Ike

Galveston County and Cities -
The Galveston County Health District’s
(GCHD) Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program has resumed providing services
following Hurricane Ike.
Services are available at the WIC office in Dickinson located at
905 FM 517 E, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information call
(281) 337-7606.
The GCHD WIC program provides nutrition education and health foods for
pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children up to five years old.
