Ready Provider Program
The Galveston County Health District has implemented a “Ready Provider Program”
to assist in maintaining healthcare services to patients of the 4C’s Clinic who
are routinely served by full-time and part-time employed providers (physicians,
nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) on an as needed basis.
Credentialed “Ready Providers” will be called upon to provide patient care under
contract with the Health District during provider vacancies, extended leave, or
times of extended scheduled leave. If you are interested in learning more about
