The following is an overview of the benefits offered by the Health District.
This is not an all inclusive list but merely highlights some of what our
employees enjoy. Benefits are subject to change with little or no notice.

Retirement
- TCDRS retirement plan – 7% mandatory employee contribution + 7% employer
matching contribution. Vesting according to set schedule.
- 457 - Deferred Compensation Program
- After six months' employment employees can begin making
contributions to the plan. Employee controls investment
options.
Time Off
- Eleven paid holidays per year
- From 15-30 days of paid time off
per year (depending on years of service).
- Sick leave hours are accrued on
a bi-weekly basis.
