| The Consumer Health Services Division is responsible for investigating
complaints related to general public health issues. These include allegations of
food borne illnesses and other consumer complaints, vector control, nuisance
abatement complaints and other concerns of unsanitary conditions.
Due to the complex nature of resolving sanitation
complaints, as much information on the property of concern or public
health incident should be provided when filing a complaint to expedite
enforcement procedures. Use this Complaint Form
link to speed the process and file your complaint electronically or contact
Martin Entringer,
Consumer Health Services Manager at (409) 938-2300 to submit
a complaint. |
