Moving?
In the very mobile society we now live in, life would
be much simpler for parents of school age children if
all the states had the same
immunization/vaccine requirements, but they don't. To
assist you in knowing what vaccines/immunizations your
child will need in the state you and your family will
be moving to, click here to take you to the
state-by-state school entry requirements. This
information is provided by the National Network for
Immunization Information (NNii) and includes each
state's contact information. The Health District
Immunization Clinics can vaccinate your child for any
of the required school entry immunizations. Click here
to see our clinics'
locations and hours of operation.
Plan on Traveling?
Each country/destination have different
vaccination requirements. The link below will take you
to the CDC travel website, which will show you vaccine
requirements by each destination, in addition to any
travel health warnings and travel health precautions
(if any).
