Senior Health Services include coordinating senior health activities such as fitness and nutrition
programs; providing assistance to seniors regarding Medicare and other senior
resources.
Senior Health Services
support self healthcare, community and public healthcare and encourages seniors
to make a difference in the well-being of their lives and the lives of others in
the community utilizing Health District services.

Cost:
Any costs are normal fees as charged by the service provider or community
event.
