Mr. Mario Hernandez is a Texas City resident and has been a patient of Dr. Alhassan's in
the 4C's Clinic since 2007. He is a patient that is on the County Indigent Health Care
Program and has experienced several barriers and delays to access specialty care. He
hopes to better understand the program and provide feedback to help eliminate these
barriers. He states as a patient he will be able to assist in educating other 4C's patients
about this program. Mr. Hernandez is willing to participate and ready to help..
