Galveston County United Board of Health members Dr. Ben Raimer, Dr. Bernard Milstein, Dr. Patricia Rogers; and 4C’s Governing board member Dr. Barbara Thompson were all recently recognized as being among the nation’s top 5% of physicians by the independent research body Best Doctors Inc. 

Best Doctors’ utilizes a peer-to-peer survey identifying specialists considered to be the most skilled in their fields by fellow physicians.
